SPRING HAS ARRIVED…..FINALLY!!
After weeks of rain and flooding, it is great to see the start of the Spring/Summer season with flowers blooming, bees and birds everywhere. Watch your heads as the maggies are out!!! We’ve got a great range of craft beers on tap, including Kosciusko Pale Ale, White Rabbit and the Tumut Brewing Company’s “Hopped as Bru”, plus our range of ciders and local favourites. And what better accompaniment to a cold one, is an the even better backdrop from our deck, overlooking Mt Mittamatite. Our Spring/Summer menu has arrived – all the regulars make an appearance with the seasonal delight of Spring Lamb! Our favourite is the lamb backstrap salad with beetroot, roasted sweet potato, Persian feta and rocket.
